Dear Friend of St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy,
We continue to keep you and your families in our thoughts and prayers as we go through this difficult time. We trust in the Lord and know that we will return to a sense of normal in the not too distant future. Until that time, however, we will continue to follow all public health mandates to ensure the safety of the community, our volunteers and our missionaries. We will not be able to join together at St. Luke’s to celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy Sunday Mass on April 19th and renew our commitment. As a result, the commitment we made last year will be extended until we are able to renew our commitment together. At a later date we will send out the appropriate Associate forms for you to complete along with details for a special mass where we can renew our commitment together. We encourage you to celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy virtually as you likely did for Easter. There will be many on-line Divine Mercy Feast Day Masses for you to choose from and that way we can all be together spiritually on this special day. Please know that I am grateful for your commitment to our mission and for your continued support of God’s most abandoned children. Our prayers are lifted up for you, your family and all God’s people that He would continue to provide for and protect us all. All my best, Amy Betros Co-founder and Director St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy God is with us! Let us endure with purity, understanding, patience and kindness!
