Our Lady of Hope Home School
Our Lady of Hope Home School (OLH) is a small home school celebrating its sixteenth year. It is a Christ-centered school that serves children residing in the St. Luke's Community. It is for students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8. It provides a well-rounded education with a focus on love of God, family and country. Small class size gives our students the individual attention and guidance that is needed to bring them up to grade level and then have them well-prepared for high school and beyond. We have a full computer lab for our middle grades, Spanish language classes, after school tutoring and enrichment, field trips to historical sites, museums and performances in the arts. Our focus is faith and productive citizenship in the community which is incorporated into all of our grades. We strive to touch each student and each student’s family and believe that there is dignity in the family providing support to the school. Therefore, parents are encouraged to volunteer their time and service in different capacities such as working as aides in the classroom, helping with meals in the kitchen, or cleaning the school. Our Lady of Hope Home School has a 90% high school graduation rate! Further, 70% of our graduates go on to college and earn scholarships. |
