Not fearful but wise

Dear Friends,

At St. Luke’s, we continue to work toward providing food and shelter for people of all ages, of all cultures, of all social status, and of all faiths in a way that keeps our missionaries and volunteers as safe and healthy as possible. We are not fearful, but wise.  We strive to be obedient to the guidelines being published. Please see below for the list of ministries and their status.

Like everyone in our community, we are grappling with the potential impact of the COVID-19 situation. We have been blessed by the generosity and support of our community. Thank you for your offers to help! We are closely monitoring supplies and food to ensure we maintain inventory of essential items and are equipped to provide essential items to the most vulnerable among us.

We continue to provide essential services while following best practices published by the Department of Public Health which includes the following as “grab and go”: food pantry, lunch and dinner, and the baby room for formula and diapers for previously registered clients.

All events, Our Lady of Hope Homeschool, daily mass and group activities are temporarily suspended.

I am grateful for your commitment to our mission and supporting the needy people of Buffalo.  Our prayers are lifted up for you, your family and all God’s people that He would provide for and protect all. Please help us by donating today.

All my best,
Amy Betros
Co-founder
