Blessed Lent! I want to take this opportunity, as we start this holy season of Lent to thank you all again for your incredible generosity toward and support of St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy. We are so grateful to all of you. Lent is such a special season. It gives us the opportunity to step back and truly reflect on how well we are progressing on our journey toward God. To help focus our attention on Jesus during this season, the Church offers three pillars to practice: Prayer, Fasting and Almsgiving. So during this Lent, let us pray for each other. Please be assured that the Missionaries of St. Luke’s will be praying for you all every day. Please keep us in prayer as well. It is so important. May God bless our fasting, and as we are able, whatever sacrifice we make, may God honor it, bless it and fill us with His graces and mercies. May our fasting draw us closer to Jesus. And as God moves your heart to acts of charity, please prayerfully considering contributing to St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy. It is by God’s grace through your generosity that we are able to continue carrying out Amy and Norm’s vision by performing the Works of Mercy for all who come to our doors. We are so very grateful for all of your continued prayers and support. The more we continue to forge ahead, the more we realize just how important all of you are. May you have a Blessed and Holy Lent and may God bless each and every one of you and your families. Jesus I Trust In You! If you would like to help us now, please click the button below...
